What this project is, why it exists, and how you can help preserve ToadVille Bay Ltd's history.
The ToadVille Bay Archives is a digital preservation project launched in 2026 to document and celebrate the history of ToadVille Bay Ltd. It serves as a permanent public record — covering the original RPG life simulator concept, the Late 2023 pivot to a war campaign game, the years of development resets and resource constraints, the February 2026 migration to Unreal Engine 5, and the June 2026 instability crisis.
The archive brings together records, development history, key decisions, and milestones from ToadVille Bay Ltd's journey since 2019. Over time it will grow into a comprehensive historical resource accessible to all community members, past and present.
This project was initiated and is maintained by CEO Gabriel Medrano Gutiérrez as part of ToadVille Bay's ongoing commitment to transparency and historical record-keeping.

ToadVille Bay Ltd is an independent game development project founded in 2019 by CEO Gabriel Medrano Gutiérrez. Originally conceived as an RPG life simulator in the style of Adopt Me and Welcome to Bloxburg, the project pivoted in Late 2023 to a war campaign game with a freeroam open-world option. Operations were relocated to Canada in 2024, and the project migrated from Roblox to Unreal Engine 5 in February 2026.
Throughout the project's history, CEO Gabriel Medrano Gutiérrez has remained at the helm — steering ToadVille Bay through multiple resets, resource challenges, and a major instability crisis in June 2026. ToadVille Bay is supported by ToadVille Bay Insiders, a voluntary bug-testing programme, and Team ToadVille Bay.
